Pink Stones operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Pink Stones is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing, browsing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Account By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or are using the Services under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information while placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or used by any other person.

Section 2 – Products and Information We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, actual product color, finish or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

Product specifications, descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Pink Stones reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Section 3 – Orders and Payments Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance by Pink Stones.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing All prices listed are in INR and inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the payment method used at checkout.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and usually range from 5–7 days after dispatch. Pink Stones is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery. Pink Stones is not liable for loss or delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Section 6 – Returns, Replacements and Refunds Pink Stones does not offer returns or exchanges.

Replacements are applicable only for defective or damaged products and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video of the sealed, unopened package is mandatory as proof. Requests without the required video or outside the timeline will not be accepted.

Refunds for prepaid orders that are undelivered or returned to origin will be processed within 3–5 business days after the product is received back at origin, after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Section 7 – Warranty Pink Stones ensures that all crockery and kitchen products sold on pinkstones.in meet our quality standards at the time of dispatch.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, breakage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and may be rejected if the product shows signs of damage not covered under warranty terms.

Country of origin: Products are manufactured in India.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property All content on the website including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and designs is the property of Pink Stones or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission from Pink Stones.

Section 9 – Third-Party Services Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. Pink Stones is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites or services. Use of such services is at your own risk.

Section 10 – Shopify Platform Pink Stones is powered by Shopify. Any purchase made on this store is a transaction solely between you and Pink Stones. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, delivery or product quality.

Section 11 – Privacy and Communication Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to receive transactional, promotional and marketing communications by email, SMS and WhatsApp by default. You may opt out at any time.
